We use floor tile to line the bottom of the cage.  Its only about 25
cents a square foot and it only took about 6 of them to line the cage.
Makes cleaning a lot better.  No washing required.  I just take some
paper towels and cleaning stuff to wipe the floor down when I clean out
the cage.
