The strip is Get Fuzzy, and the ferret theme is continuing.

I get it via gocomics.com. You might try it again -- I am about half
a day ahead of you, and maybe you'll see it now. If not, there are
Previous and Next buttons to click to see earlier and later days'
strips.

Today's strip is educational in tone -- not sure I have ever seen this
cartoon try to do that. In past strips, a cat character (named Bucky)
has had a misguided relationship with his ferret neighbors in the
apartment building he lives in with his human and dog. I assume that
the author is trying to make the ferrets more positive/appealing to
his readership.

[Moderator's note: Your link brings up a totally different comic strip
over here but Sukie sent me a link privately which works for me:

It seems to go directly to Get Fuzzy. BIG]
