Soon to come: the Symposium
and I can't get my toesies in!
Sadly missing topics riveting
which would have had my old brain pivoting
'round lessons useful for each day
to better health, and laws, and play.
But I remain an old fart homebound
while others jet to Athens: bonehounds
scenting out the treasure hidden
beneath the surface --  happ'ly bidden
to enrich their minds and funnybones
with mental nuggets and jokes fine honed
suited to the needs of ferrets
and I'm stuck home.  How will I bear it?
 
Okay, I can't make it this year given family needs, but I just wanted to
let everyone know that I sure am happy for those who will be in Athens,
GA in early October.
 
I'm VERY curious: what sorts of questions will you carry there with you?
We all all have things we want to learn more about.
