Ha!  I can relate.  I have one female that simple loves to whale the tar
outta any other ferret she can get access to.  Should she encounter another
ferret, the result is a screaming, bristling, high-speed tumbleweed of fur
going 90 miles an hour across the room.  When you finally rescue the
victim, he's usually got a look like "WHAT just happened?  And WHY is my
neck all wet and sore?  And, by the way, please don't let that THING near
me AGAIN, thank you very MUCH."  And the perpetrator is down on the floor
going "Awww, don't be a WUSS!"
 
She plays just fine with the cat, so at least she's not totally friendless.
