Hey Yall!
Hope everyones week is going good!  I wanted to comment on a few things.
 
Floating ferrets: I think the name princess has something to do with the
floating!  Princess Leia is the only ferret that floats!  She gets this
dazed relaxed look on her face and just floats around!  It is the cutest
thing!  My other two don't do it!
 
Treats: My three fuzzies all had to "take" to treats!  At first they didn't
like raisins, I never forced it on them and then eventually they just got
curious and took them!  Same with the ferretone!  In fact this weekend I
tryed to give ferretone to Chewy again and she actually drank it!!!  I
couldn't believe it!  She now loves it!  YAA!  I think ferrets will come
around it just takes time!  :)
 
Pet store prices: As many of you may know I work at a pet store.  Well last
week we got our new MF babies in!  They are biters!!!  But that is another
subject!  Anyway... we got an albino in with them.  Apparently every 12
ferrets you get from MF they put an albino in so we got one!  Well the owner
decided to make her $20 more than the others!  I thought he was joking at
first!  I still think it is funny, but he said it is not because they are
rare ferrets just that we don't get them very often!  So they are rare to
us!  He thinks that there are people out there looking for them and will pay
any price for an albino!  We shall see about that!  But as far as pricing
different for other markings, our manager and boss don't even know the
differences!  I think it is just an excuse to make more money which I can
understand since they are a business!
 
This past weekend some person brought 2 ferrets to our store said they
bought them here and got a store credit and bought a dog!  They did not buy
them from our store!  I was not there so I am not sure what happened!  Well
the ferrets I belive were abused cause tonight I brought them home and I
gave them a bath (they were awfull) and when I was drying them off one at a
time they were making that little buzzing noise that ferrets make when they
are hurt.  I checked them over but I couldn't see anything wrong, so I just
held them and dryed them off for awhile!  Does anyone know what this could
be?  BTW they had a blast with my fuzzies!  They were living in a little
tiny dog crate!  No toys or bedding of any sort! :(  Poor babies!

Wicket- WHAT?!?!  More new ones?  I was just getting used to Chewy!
Chewy- All right!!  New ones to play tag with!
baby #1-WOW you mean we can play in this whole room????
baby#2-sniff sniff sniff ok where is the food???
Monica- no guys they are just here for the night!  Kinda like a slumber
party!
all ferrets- PARTY PARTY PARTY!!!DOOK DOOK DOOK!!!!!
 
PS we decided to name the middle ferret Wicket!  Thanks to everyone who
got the name of Jabba's side kick for me!!!
