Question: What is the difference between a ferret and Mayor Guilliani?
Answer:   Ferrets have a brain and are domesticated.
 
The part about the brain is obvious, LOL.  The part about being
domesticated stems from the fact that (according to newspapers and
tabloids), Rudy has been a BAD boy who has been involved in hanky panky
with another woman and his marriage is going kaput.  Normal humans have
the right to make mistakes and marriages bust up all the time, but when
you're in the public eye like this, well, I just couldn't resist!
