CAN be used to mix medicines, and to use in an iron ( thus no mineral
deposits form on the base of your iron)

BUT SHOULD NOT be administered for general drinking. DISTILLED WATER
IS VOID of any NUTRIENTS! Iron, etc.

SPRING WATER may be used instead of tap water.... but be cautious of
distilled water!!!!

The living body needs these nutrients for health!
