Here are two sugestions to help ferrets cope with vaccines:
 
1) ask your vet to pre-treat your ferret (I believe it is with benadryl);
also, make sure you stay at the vet's office or at least keep a close watch
on your ferret for some time afterwards.
 
2) Always give vaccines at least a week or two apart.  Two reasons: if your
ferret has a reaction, there is no way of knowing which vaccine caused it
unless you give them separately.  And, just as important, vaccines are very
strong.  It is much easier on your ferret(or any animal/human)'s system to
have them spread out.
 
I am not attempting to offer medical advice here, just some suggestions
which I have found helpful.
