I got an e-mail from a ferret owner in Tulsa Oklahoma area.
 
He has a female in heat who needs to be bred because he cannot afford the
cost to have her spayed.
 
Does anyone in the Tulsa OK area know of a breeder, vet or shelter who
could assist him with this?  -OR- perhaps work on a payment plan to get
this girl spayed?
 
She is in heat now and this needs to be done immediately.
