Actually, we found MF very helpful about some reimbursement when we
wound up with one who as a kit had a congenital medical problem.  We
sent (to the attention of Rosemary) a copy of the vet records, a copy of
the ferret's MF papers will be needed if the postcard has not already
been sent in and added to their database, and also the cut out UPC
symbol from a bag of MF food.  That was all that it took.
 
If a person in this position goes to the MF website or your MF papers
and uses the phone number on those ask to see if Rosemary is in because
she is a sweetheart, and then ask her what they need.
