5 ferrets in Michigan needing a home

What I don't understand is why someone would so quickly give up ferrets
they love so much without trying to find solutions to the problems that
have come up.  Yes, they should be out as much as possible, but isn't
even a half hour- an hour a couple times a day better than nothing?
Guess I'm just a little confused.  For these ferrets sakes, I hope
they find a loving home.
