Here's a more interesting sounding ferret sighting--Robert Reich, the
former US Secretary of Labor, is campaigning to be the Democratic nominee
for Governor of Massachusetts. The Boston Globe ran a profile about him
last weekend, and in the course of discussing how he likes to go out and
visit with people, mentioned that this method of campaigning has its ups
and downs, like "the time a ferret ate his Jell-o lunch at Revere Beach."
Bet there's a story behind that--I don't suppose anybody here knows
anything about it? :)

Is that my business? Well, what is my business? Do I know? Did I ever
know? Let s not go into that. You re not human tonight, Marlowe. Maybe
I never was or ever will be... Maybe we all get like this in the cold
half-lit world where always the wrong thing happens and never the right.
