I have had my vet buy the 4 month doses; I think each one was around
$225 for one shot shipped. It's from Professional Arts Pharmacy,
1-800-832-9285. A vet has to buy them.

I know there are other places that are compounding the smaller doses
for 1 month or two months, but I have never used them. Perhaps people
can share so we all have the information and options!
