Hello Fellow Ferret Lovers:

Wishing you and those adorable furblurs of yours a new year of health and
happiness.

Our furkids love a good game of "Bumper Coat". Grab your old (or new)
hooded jacket or sweatshirt - (the hood gives you a handle) and drag it
along the floor at a walking pace throughout the house. Our kids *love*
this and made up their own rules. Either Sasha or Katy will tackle the
moving coat and climb into a sleeve then turn around so he or she is facing
out. The other ferret will try to climb into the sleeve but the "in"
ferret's job is to keep him out as long as possible. When the ferret who is
riding in the sleeve gets tired he tumbles out and then the other kid will
jump in while the former "in" ferret pursues. If you can walk and laugh
like crazy at the same time, you and your kids will love this.

Hugs,
Jean and her sweetheart ferrets Katy and Sasha, and
Baxter the wonderful dog, and
Tiffany, Teca, Harley, Ditch and Nemesis the cats, and
Madeline the Retriever Kitten who thinks she's a ferret.

P.S. In multi pet households does anyone else have to contend with keeping
the ferrets from eating the dog food, the cat from eating the kitten food,
the kitten from eating the ferret food, and the dog eating everyone's food?
(Our dog is trained not to touch anything but his own food, but will
salivate puddles, his nose inches away from other pets' food)
