E-Bay has a new toolbar you can download.

It has an "Account Guard" button that turns green whenever you are on an
official E-bay or Paypal page and it turns Red on spoof sites.  It also
gives you a place to report the fake pages.  I also like it because it
gives you alerts about items you are watching/bidding/selling.  No I
don't work for E-bay hehe
