HIGHLY suggest this person email a photo of this man to the local
shelters so they'll recognize him even if he gives a false name - which
would be likely if he doesn't want her getting the ferrets back.

Please keep us updated about this story. Wow. I'd be devastated if
someone did this to any of my pets as I'm sure all of us would.
