You might want to try going to your health food store and see if they
can order the liquid version of Melatonin.  I was surprised when, after
searching every place that stocked vitamins and pharmaceuticals, no one
carried the liquid version.  Just out of pure cussedness, I decided to
try a health food store.  Though they didn't carry it in stock, they
were able to order it in for me.
