MATAN IS BACK - more problems

HI EVERYONE.
So everything is OK with Kvetch and I.  A few weeks ago she got into heat
and 1 week ago was mated.  Now her vigina is still big.
 
For whoever cannot recall - last year she the situation was similar, then
she got an injection to come out of heat, and eventually gave birth to 4
babies.
 
What should I do now?
 
I heard of some way to get her out of heat by putting her in darkness for
a few hours - whoever knows anything about it - please help me.
