You could also try putting ferretone on your skin where your baby bites.
I have a foot-biter and I tried everything.  Bitter apple didn't work
for long (as soon as it dried, he came back) and scruffing made him bite
harder.  So I started putting ferretone on my feet and now Rocky is more
likely to lick than bite (except if I have socks on).  It's worth a try.
