Hi,All,it's us again here in Mass.
 
First : Is there a fussy Dr. out there who Specialises in Humons?
 
Seriously though,some of you have been Very Great helps and Quickly
responded to our requests for info about ECE and it's various stages,We
Thank each and Every one of you.  I'm Sorry we didn't get the chance to
Respond to your info.  We did get them,but with 6 of the Wrecking Crew
suffering from ECE,as you can imagine Mom;Fur Bandit,and I have been Very
busy!  We've barely had the time to taske care of the essentuals for us.
 
2. Here's the update :
For 4 days their stools have been completely Normal day and night!  Their
back to eating their regular feed,just Not quite in the same amounts as
they had been Before the ECE.  We're still giving them their duck soup,but
have cut it back to 3 times weekly.  Now their only getting 1 tablespoon
per serving.  They are no longer on any meds,but back on their regular
suppliments,Hooray!  We're slowly getting them back on their Old schedule
and routines,and one and all seems much happier about that than one could
Imagine!  Our shy little guy,Spice is even coming out,he's much more like
a regular ferret these days!  yippee!
 
He's dookin the others,playing with the kits,and even coming to mom and me
for treats!  We've Almost got him Used to being handled,and petted!  Some
of you may remember that Before the ECE,we were quite worried about
Spice,as he was our First Rescuee,and he wasn't dookin,barely eating,and
Every Little sound made him jump and go Hide!  He's Only come out for about
25 min.  at a time,and if he heard a loud noice,no matter what it was,even
if it was the other Kids,he's run and hide,then go back to his cage and
back to bed!  He Broke our heart whenever we watched this.
 
Now he's playing,Investigating All of the toys and other things in the
Ferret Room,and he's no longer afraid to Get into Mischief!  Hurray!
 
One might think we were Crasy to Want one more Ferret around that is a
Mischief Maker,but to Us This is the Normal behaviour of our Babies,and we
_Pleased to be seeing it at Last!  We've had Cinnamon and Spice for alomst
5 months,and he's just starting to come out and Get His Confidence!  And we
owe it to a Lot of You!
 
You know who you are,so I won't embarrass anyone with Names,but several of
you Instantly gave us the Help and Advice we Needed,when we Needed it!
Because of you the Mass. Wrecking Crew is All Intact,and Happy once more!
You Helped Save them!  Some of you Even Helped Us keep our Spirits up,when
they were at their Lowest;Thank you,each and Every one of you!
 
And a VERY,VERY, Thank You goes out to the Wrecking Crew's Own Very Special
Fairy Godmother,who went Over and Beyond the concept of Helping Out,and
Most Certainly Because of you All 6 Of our Elder Babies,and the True
Wrecking Crew here in Mass. would Certainly have passed onto the Rainbow
Bridge.  Because of your Kindness,and Helpfull Spirit,all 6 were on the
road to Recovery from the ECE,long Before we made it out to Dr. Purcell.  I
am Pleased to tell you,that Even the little Princess has now made it back
up to 11/2 pnds.!  She's small,so this is right where she ought to be,
according to Dr. Purcell,we'd like a little more Fullness on her and
especially Lady Gretta,because they are so small they Need the Extra,just
in case they get hit was a cold,or something,and don't feel quite like
eating,but that is just a little insurance,that's all.
 
The Best news is that We've all Come through the Worse,and we've Lost
Noone!  Thank You,again,our Fairy Godmother!
