The trailer of every issue specifies that "ferret-list" is for posting
articles. In the absence of any explicit indication otherwise, there's
no way I can guess that something sent to ferret-list is supposed
to be private. And if the list is on autopilot, there's no way that
I can stop it even if there's an explicit "private" in it. That being
said, I've made the following changes:

    - The header now contains explicit instructions. Every issue.
    - The trailer has been changed to make the ferret-request
      address more explicitly clear.

Note: I am instituting a change in practise for the anon posters.
They should send their messages to "[log in to unmask]"
I've not automated anything yet, and may never be able to, but at
least these won't go directly into the FML if I'm not here to clean
out the ID. Just reduces the chances of anon messages going out with
ID info. When I'm on vacation, I can just redirect ferret-anon-list
to Bill or some other person willing to do the ID stripping.
