I saw that some people were wondering the policies for airlines and ferrets.
I live in Canada and i flew from my home to Toronto with Air Canada and was
allowed to bring my ferret with me on the plane in her carry box.  I just
put her under the seat like you do with small luggage.  It was quite the
experience because Lucy scratched almost all the way to Toronto!!!  The
policy is (three years ago anyway) that if the carry box can fit under your
seat you can bring practically anything (for 50$).  They told me there was a
guy with a snake on another flight.
