I just got off the phone with MailBoxes ETC.  to see what delivery
confirmation would run me and get this!  $6.95 because to have this
feature you have to send out the letter (mind you a regular envelope too)
Priority!  I am stunned.  Who is going to pay $4.00 for a penny and turn
around and pay $6.95 for postage??  I say it is all a big racket on the
postal services part.  My God this is insane!  Time for me to go back to
sleep.
