We have a couple of things up on our Modern Ferret website.  Look on this
page for the Medical History Worksheet and the Ten Tips for New Ferret
Owners.  Both are formatted Adobe Acrobat (pdf) files and are set up to
print out nicely on a sheet of paper (the MHW is two-sided and the TTFNFO
is one-sided).
