I read Susan Malone's comments on a sold ferret that came back to her with
a demand for money returned. The buyer offered that no written contract
was signed. What they had was an oral agreement, an oral contract, and
is just as binding as a written one, but much harder to prove the terms
thereof. Susan is under NO obligation to buy the ferret back, and infact
has rights for claim to the fert money wise for taking care of it (expenses
and other costs and services) albeit that may be even more difficult to
claim where the terms of re-imbursement may not have been discussed,
therefor no meeting of the minds took place presumably on that matter.

On the whole, looks like the fert is back where it belongs, and the buyer
has surrendered rights to the fert. Amen.

P.S. ... On yellow fur from the chicken in food... one might offer
broccoli to the fert, or green beans... then the fur may turn blue...
Hmmmmmmmmmm!
