Hi All --

I'm delurking to pass this one along. Am reading a Leo Waterman mystery by
G.M. Ford -- "Who In Hell Is Wanda Fuca?". It's set in the Puget Sound
area and title is a local joke. At any rate one character says, " 'Fraid
not, friend. I already sent one of the neophytes on a foray to ferret out
the friends."

This is my first posting, so better introduce us. I'm Mare and my fert is a
10 month old cinnamon, I think. His name is Dorbhan (pronounced Doran).
It's Gaelic for "otter", because he looks like a miniature otter and I've
always wanted an otter. Dorbhan is a live wire who loves to play in
crumpled up plastic bags (with supervision, of course) and his new clear
dryer hose (thanks again, Sandy). But his greatest joy in life is being a
demolition ferret and completely trashing the den. Climbing bookcases and
clearing books off shelves is his reasoning for being. Anyway, I love being
owned by a fert, and maybe ferret math will strike one day.

Love the FML and all the great info, tips, and stories. Keep up the great
work, BIG.
