A friend of mine who is without Internet access has 8 ferrets. Her name is
Lia. One of her little sprites named Natalie had begun to show symtoms of a
possible adrenal tumor. She went into surgery this afternoon and the vet
found one on her left adrenal. Unfortunately, she was only able to remove
some of it, as the rest was too near vital arteries/veins.

Could any of you with ferrets that have had this surgery email me a bit of
encouragement/advice so I can pass it on to her. I know it would mean a lot
to her as she's very concerned on how Natalie will get along (life
expectancy/ happiness/health) with this tumor.

Thank you very much...
