I confess to being somewhat confused about the situation in Florida.  I
freely admit I do not know all the facts, and may be misinterpreting.
 
In Saturday's post, Michelle said

I don't understand why the ferret community is cleaning up this woman's
mess so she can start again with wild animals!
 
And today

If the conditions are such that legal action is warranted, it MUST be
done from the BEGINNING!  Cleaning up the mess and then calling local
animal Control or the humane society will be futile if the evidence is
GONE!  They must be there to see and document the conditions or NO legal
action will be possible.
 
If this woman wants to be a wildlife rehabber, wildlife officials must be
told that she is dumping 100 ferrets.  This is NOT the kind of behavior a
wildlife rehabber should exhibit!
