this is for CDFA1 - i was once in the unenviable position of needing to
hand rear a few litters of 14 day old orphans - i got the following
recipe from Judi Bell, DVM, of Marshall Farms - they use this there
(you will need to scale this down!)

18 egg yolks >
1 gallon whole milk> this stuff is mixed together and hand fed q 2 hrs
1 pint heavy cream >

in addition:

Dry ferret chow soaked in above mix with a little warm H2O added, mushed
into a paste, with a little scrambled egg and raw pureed beef liver (i
kid you not, although they said if you can't get liver it's not the end
of the world)

the mush is offered in dishes ad lib. in between the q 2 hr feedings - DO
NOT leave it out too long - you need to make it fresh - the eggs and
cream will spoil...

I can't find my references on amount to feed...i have one that says .3-.5
cc/kit/hr until 10 days of age, but that wouldn't be applicable here.

anyway, if she's 3 weeks old at least, you could probably get away with
using ferret chow soaked in KMR (per Dr. Brown) but i thought the above
would come in handy to someone....
                good luck! hillary g.
