Does anyone have a good Boarding contract that they wouldn't mind
sharing?

I'm looking for a combo form that has an arrangement for care, auth.
to have medical care given if needed (and agreement to reimburse),
and anything else that might be pertinent.

We have done some ferret sitting before, for club members and friends,
but may need to start doing more of it to help pay down a $6k vet bill.

Any help would be appreciated.
