Our little friends became legal Jan 1.  The only restriction is that
they are still illegal for hunting.  I believe they were being used to
hunt rabbits.
 
The only liscense or fee I am aware of is in Rochester.  They charge
$40 to walk your pet in their park, dogs cats or ferrets.
