On the front page of the CDFA website (www.cdfa.com) is a pointer to a "let
your voice be heard November 7th and 8th" link that goes nowhere - actually,
it goes to the bottom of the "new news" page, and there's nothing listed
further up.
 
Elsewhere, there's a "hold off until the January window for comments"
message.
 
Soo...what's going on on November 7/8?
