I just wanted to drop a quick note that as of Saturday, May 27, 1995,
all liter boxes & accompanying liter were thrown into the trash can.
After months of battle, the ferrets have won.  Now, in place of the old
liter boxes you will find a single sheet of paper towel.
 
Originally we had a liter box in each room.  They were good for a while.
Then they got lazy.  They'd go directly next to the SPOTLESS liter box.
Then we started putting down a sheet of paper towel under the box.
Then they avoided the boxes completely and used the paper towel.
 
So as of now, there's no more vacuuming up pieces of liter, scooping out
poop or fighting with them to go in the box.  Wherever we lay a piece of
paper towel down, we're sure to see a pile of poop within 5 minutes of
putting it down.  And its much easier to dispose of - just pick it up
and throw it away and replace it with a new piece.
