There are, thankfully, apartments that welcome Dervish with open arms. I
actually get to choose between a few of them. I'm trying to find a bigger
one, so she'll have more room to frolic.

It must be ferret-on-amphetamines day. She's totally wired, more so than
usual; right now she's bouncing around my chair in circles. Maybe it's the
cold weather? (Not that she'd know it's cold outside.)

I swear that she has some sort of a sixth sense that lets her know when my
roommate and I are at odds, because then all her mischeif is directed at
Emily. Last night Emily was being really inconsiderate (I won't go into
it)...today, when I got up, I found that Scuttlebutt had taken all her
<ahem> pads from under the sink and hidden them, one at a time, around the
*entire* apartment...and stolen her hairbrush and keys! There was also an
unexpected corner-present in Emily's room today. How does my little fert
know? She's so loyal. I loooooooooooove her. :-)
