I use acidophilus supplements when I make a batch of soup.  It comes
in capsule form so I open and sprinkle it directly into the soup.
Unfortunately I cannot give you "dosage" per se.  It's kind of a "gut"
feeling.  When I make soup, I make enough to freeze into 5 16-cube ice
trays.  For that amount I throw in about 4 or 5 capsules of the
acidophilus.  No side effects and no noses stuck up at the soup.  It's
great stuff that helps with better digestion of food.
