Many thanks to everyone who contributed to the Fall-Winter 2012 raffle
for Support Our Shelters. The raffle raised $1,690 (after PayPal fees).
To all the donors and ticket buyers, please know that your efforts
really mattered. You've given so many ferrets a well-deserved chance to
feel comfort, safety and contentment, quite possibly for the first time
ever. That's definitely something to feel good about when you look back
on this past year.

On a personal note, Lisa and I would like to express our gratitude to
all of you who helped us to raise ***more than $11,000*** for SOS over
the past three years. Can you imagine how many ferrets got food and
medical care thanks to those contributions?!!! Every single dollar,
every single prize made a ferret's life a little (sometimes a LOT)
better!
