Do all of you hate the way the FML has been sent to us the last 2 days.  as
much as we do?????  Well so you know it isn't BIG'S fault it is something
AOL has decided to do apparently!  We have spent a fair amount of time today
trying to find out what is going on.  We spoke to tech live for awhile and
the only recourse we have is to ALL write letters to their staff!  If they
get enough responses on this issue then we hope they will change it back to
our original beloved format.  I don't know about all of you but we have to
go through a major amount of crap in order to get the dang thing and then
when we print it out it is a continuous stream of words that is SERIOUSLY
hard to read!  I have had to wake David up 2 days in a row around 3am for
him to do it because I am totally lost trying to figure it out!  SO WRITE
THOSE LETTERS!!!!!!  Here's how in case you don't know, Take cursor to top
of screen to "GO TO" Then down to "KEYWORD" Then type in "QUESTIONS" in box
Press on "CONTINUE" Then to "TECHNICAL QUESTIONS" Then to 'WRITE OUR STAFF"
NOW GO TO IT AND BE FIRM WITH THEM!!!!!!
 
Let's make AOL "FERRET FRIENDLY"  I mentioned to them that this list can mean
the difference between life and death for our beloved pets and they need to
realize how important this is to all of us!!!!   Thanks, we would appreciate
knowing how many of you write to them so we can continue to follow up on this
matter until it is solved!  If every subscriber writes then they will have NO
choice but to listen to us.  Please send us a short e-mail if you do write to
them.  THANKS AGAIN EVERYONE!!!!!
