I just got in a group of rescue jills from a breeder, and several of them
are PG. Can anyone out there give me any information on
breeding/delivery/kit care for ferrets? This group contains several whole
ferrets and they are to be altered, but on a rotating basis due to time
(the vets) and money (mine). I have looked on the web for info on
"breeding" ferrets, but there does not seem to be much information. I have
raised dogs, horses, cats, etc, but I have never had a PG ferret. Any help
would be appreciated. You can send it to the list ( I read it every day)
or send it personal. Also, if anyone has experience socializing "breeders"
for pets, I would be interested in how you went about it. Several of these
ladies are "Vampires" (I nicknamed one Countess, for Count(ess) Drakula!),
and they are all to be pets. It is odd to me that the boys are all really
sweet, and only some of the girls are biters! Sorry this is so long, hope
someone can help me
