I pray that someday soon the ferret community will come together as a whole
with the realization that ferrets should not be sold in pet stores like
crickets and feeder fish and feeder mice, thereby joining the dog/cat/bird
community in promoting responsible breeding practices.  Judy Moon's post is
nothing more than a wake up call.  We are fast passing the point where we
can stop the slide into the same awful decisions that the people in dog and
cat rescue make everyday by the millions.
