Another way to entertain your fuzzies with materials you may already have
on hand.....
 
In preparation for a camping trip this weekend, we set up our dome tent in
the living room of our apartment to air out.  The ferrets thought this was
the greatest thing since the invention of linatone- much dooking, leaping,
and attacking any toes that were unfortunate enough to get in their way.
 
They burrowed under it, jumped around it wildly as only fuzzbutts can,
"attacked" it every time it wiggled, and really enjoyed the crackly noise
the plastic tarp bottom made when they all wrestled inside of it, bouncing
off the walls.
 
This may have to become a regular feature of the living room during those
long, cabin fever inducing Minnesota winters!  [You know you're addicted
to ferrets when.... :)]
