Lonely ferret

Dear Mr. Gruber & All,
I have one ferret, a girl named Cuddles, who is almost three.  Her sister,
Snuggles, passed away recently, because of an unknown illness. :(   My
parents won't let me get another ferret to replace Snuggles, but I can tell
Cuddles is extremely lonely with no other ferrets around.  Are there any
suggestions of how I can convince them, or what I can do to make her feel
happier?  Any suggestions would be appreciated.  Thanks so much everyone!
