I just got back from the FML-10th yesterday, and boy ... did I have a
wonderful time!  Once again, I have to thank everyone who put this event
together, ESPECIALLY Anne Ryan (FML Disney Expert), BIG, and Ronnie.  It
was just WONDERFUL to meet everyone in person, enjoy the parks and the
weather ... and not have to go to work!  (Thank God my boss isn't
subscribed to this list .... ;-> )
 
I have so many wonderful memories of the gathering that I shared with my
coworkers today, and we got a good laugh out of.  There was the "O, Canada"
show in Canada at Epcot, where we spotted the weasel on screen, and all
started yelling "Ferret!" The older couple in front of us were perplexed by
this, and the husband said to the wife, "What did they say?" The wife looked
a bit bemused and said, "I think they said ferret, dear".  It was great!
 
There was the wonderful dinner and reception at the Contemporary.  I HOPE
Sandy from Oregon reposts the very funny poem that she recited at the
reception (are you reading this, Sandy?  ;->); it was hilarious!  We even
had a UPS driver attending who doesn't even own a computer!  He'd made a
delivery to Cherie earlier in the week, and, as luck would have it, she was
wearing a ferret T-shirt as she answered the door.  He told her about his
ferret, she told him about the gathering ..  and, next thing you know, there
he was with us!  Another wonderful story.
 
There were a million more magical moments, but you get the idea.  It was
marvelous, and I know it was a LOT of work for a lot of people to put this
event together.  Thanks again to everyone for making this possible, and I
hope to see you all again REALLY SOON!!!
