Amy S., You mentioned that you have a ferret with cardiomyopathy and that
you have limited resources. Obviously, a person whose ferret has this
illness wants to reduce stress so that would work against adopting out. We
have some left-over and NOT expired heart meds from when Meltdown and Ruffle
needed them. WHICH DRUGS ARE YOU USING? If they are the same as our's we
can send them to you if you'll send your snail mail address. If they are
not then someone else here might have the meds you need and be able to send
them.

BTW, folks, if you have a ferret which is slowing down badly, or having
trouble breathing, or developing a water-balloon belly it could be
cardiomyopathy which, although terminal, can be slowed remarkably allowing
for a lot of extended time to love, cuddle, and enjoy together.
