I am wondering....

I go to the mall. While at the mall, a two year old child toddles over and
bites me on the leg, breaking the skin..drawing blood.

Now..according to the Michigan Health Department mandates, the child, who, I
would assume, has not been vaccinated against rabies, must be euthanized, as
there are no rabies shedding studies on humans. It would be argued, of
course, that we are talking about a human child..~~WE~~ can not go around
killing a child to test for rabies! BUT...the law specifies 'animals' and,
as much as some groups would argue with me, humans ~are~ animals.

What? No way would they kill and test a human? Then, the same rules and
laws must be applied equally, with no specie differentiation. Ferrets must
be freed from the burden of kill and test as well.

Now..back to reality..ALL laws must be applied equally, with no specie bias.
Free Kodo from his burden of death.

Joe
