Gail & Bob posted me asking for some information.  I want them to know that
I tried to e-mail them back, almost immediately after they posted, but my
message was returned to me hours later, even though I checked the address.
Please post me again verifying your e-mail address so I can resend.  I know
you are out there reading this FML!
