Boy that header/subject was a hard one to think up.  I'm referring to the
person from California who was speaking with a CA CA/ fish and game guy that
said the Massachusetts Tern (bird) population was decimated by ferrets.  I
was speaking to the head Vet for a wildlife animal hospital here in MA who
mentioned that it was due to toxic waste in New Bedford from some sort of
industrial plant.
 
Does anyone in California that is working on the upcomming legislation need
further info on this?  I would be happy to do further research for you.
