Problems i have faced in getting prescription flea-ridding medicine:

- My vet does not prescribe Advantage, only Program (ferret vet, that is)
- The vet i found who prescribes Advantage only prescribes it for patients,
and our two cats go there, but:
  * the kitten is too young (she's three months)
  * they know i have ferrets, and are wary of ferret dosages

So, i have the 'large cat' Advantage, two tubes. Which is good for BOBO,
who is 13 yrs and 13 lbs and very reluctant about baths, and in fact i
refuse to give her baths because it makes her so miserable. However, this
still leaves me with how to treat the ferrets unless i can convince my vet
to call the cat's vet and tell her it's okay for them to give me Advantage.
Bleah. Guess everyone in the house is getting weekly flea baths. :)

I have some spray - Ovitrol - anyone had any good/bad results with that?

Melissa
