i wanted to express deepest sympathy to nancy ([log in to unmask]).  i read
your post with tears in my eyes.  i had to give cookie and periscope
extra kisses after reading that one.
 
right now the two are running around terrorizing luna (the enormous,
goofy malamute that looks like a wolf) while cyndi the tabby keeps a
watchful eye on the whole situation. it's hilarious to watch two tiny
fuzzies attacking a giant dog.
 
does anyone else have a "runt" ferret?  periscope was the tinyest in her
litter and she really hasn't grown all that much.  she's in perfect health,
she's just very tiny.  (perfect for getting into *everything*!  poor, fat
cookie can only watch jealously as periscope squirms into every tiny hole
around)
