Jimbo - i suppose i could be mistaken, but i think that the subcutaneous
identification implants used in pets are only microchips containing
encrypted data, not trancievers. they don't "track" lost pets, but rather
if a scanning device is passed over the pet's chip site, it can "read"
the data, and therefore find out who the owner is. no "big brother"
