Hi y'all.

A friend of mine is moving to Massachusetts. Her understanding is that ferrets
are illegal there.

1) Is this true?

2) Can she get a special permit?

3) Is there any other workaround for her to be able to keep the ferret.

4) If there is no workaround, what are her best options for commuting to
   work/school from a nearby state?

Thanks in advance for any advice.

Merwin
